Cane Creek is proud to introduce the new Air IL and Coil IL shocks packing class-leading performance in a smaller and stronger package. IL shocks feature class-leading externally adjustable DB Twin Tube technology for the widest range of 4-way damping adjustability on the market. Both AIR IL and Coil IL now feature a thicker inner damper tube for increased strength and a 17mm reduction in overall width on the valve body to increase fitment possibilities on tight frames. AIR IL features a 6mm reduction in the outer diameter of the Air spring to further increase the likelihood of fitment while increasing the max psi pressure up to 350psi (Up from 300psi). Coil IL features added detents on the preload collar allow more precise preload tuning. In 2019 Cane Creek launched their WS130 down country low travel fork, 4 years later they are paying homage to the WS130 by introducing an extremely limited run of their low travel modular fork, the Works Series Helm. The Works Series Helm is a robust, modular fork that equips riders looking for a fork in the 100-130mm travel range with the confidence to ride through tech or push up climbs. The Works Series Helm is available in 4 travel options: 100mm, 110mm, 120mm and 130mm options. Like Cane Creek’s Helm MKII, the Works Series can easily be travel adjusted in 10mm increments with just a few tools at home. All CeramicSpeed Bearings are hand-built in Denmark. Super-smooth CeramicSpeed grade 3 Silicone Nitride balls are matched (within microns) with hardened steel raceways that feature an ultra-smooth polished groove. The balls are held in place by a reinforced polyamide cage. Every bearing is optimized with a low-viscosity CeramicSpeed All Round Grease to minimize friction and increase bearing life. Non-contact seals complete the bearings, keeping dirt and moisture out. CeramicSpeed Bearings can be used for any cycling discipline: Road, TT, Tri, Track, Cross, and MTB. During the building process, we check each bearing four times by hand to ensure that all parts are matched perfectly.
